Which items cannot be returned?
* Personalized items cannot be returned. These are products manufactured according to your specificities and your requirements, in particular with regard to personalized saddles, or YSS custom-made shocks. If you have any doubts about your eligibility for reimbursement, contact us, Julie will be able to assist you.
When will I receive my refund?
Most refunds are made within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. For information, some banks can take up to 7 working days to issue the refund to your account, however, you can opt for a refund in the form of a credit note to use it directly on French Moto Shop.
