What is the delivery delay ?

Delivery times: 1 to 3 days in France. For other countries, the delay can be up to 10 days. Please note, on some parts, especially those made to order, the lead times may be longer. They are generally indicated in the product sheet. For parts out of stock, the delivery time is also longer. In any case, French Moto will always contact you to notify you very quickly of a delay. Beyond these deadlines, if you have not received your order, we will reimburse you on your request.

I do not receive my package?

Although the packages arrive between 2 and 10 days depending on the country and the products (see deadlines in the product sheets), if you experience a delay in delivery, contact us by email or telephone, we will find a solution.

How to exchange an article?

For any exchange, please contact our customer support by filling out the form.

How will I receive my parts?

Depending on the type of parts ordered, you may receive several different packages. Indeed, some products are sent directly via our partner warehouses to reduce delivery time.

My order is late?

French Moto will systematically send you a message on your mailbox in case of delay, and this very quickly after your order. If you experience a delay and wish to receive further information, contact us, we are available to help you.

About foreign countries?

Although this situation is very rare, for some foreign countries or outside Europe, it is possible that French Moto asks you for additional shipping costs in addition to those you will have paid on the online platform. You will then have the option of accepting or rejecting the supplement, in which case we will refund your entire order and cancel it.

- If you receive a SMS follow-up order from DPD with the wording "Europacc"Or"Evox", this is your order. These are the names of our warehouses.

- If you only received part of your products, don't you worry to, some orders may arrive in several packages.
