When will I receive my refund?

Most refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your undamaged return. For information, some banks can take up to 7 working days to issue the refund to your account, however, you can opt for a refund in the form of a credit note to use it directly on French Moto Shop.

Which items cannot be returned?

* Offer valid for returns from France to France only. Personalized items cannot be returned. These are products manufactured according to your specificities and your requirements, in particular with regard to personalized saddles, or custom YSS shock absorbers (other articles are also concerned).
