You have 14 days after delivery of your order to return your products free of charge and receive a refund *. You don't need to give a reason, you can return it in its new condition, in its original packaging and unused *, and you don't have to pay the return shipping cost. If we are unable to resolve your problem or you wish to return the product (s) for no reason, fear not, we will issue you a return slip, just complete the contact form below.
Most refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your undamaged return. For information, some banks can take up to 7 working days to issue the refund to your account, however, you can opt for a refund in the form of a credit note to use it directly on French Moto Shop.
* Offer valid for returns from France to France only. Personalized items cannot be returned. These are products manufactured according to your specificities and your requirements, in particular with regard to personalized saddles, or custom YSS shock absorbers (other articles are also concerned). Products not bearing the words "Returns are FREE" are not eligible for free returns. If you have any doubts about your eligibility for reimbursement, contact us, Julie will be able to assist you.
** Returns of packages weighing more than 5kg (extremely rare cases) may be subject to withholding of delivery charges on the reimbursement of the customer who wishes to make the return. However, he will be informed of the amount before any steps are taken.
